Due to some nagging health issues, Matt Hardy was seemingly forced to retire from in-ring action earlier this year despite being in the midst of introducing his "Woken" persona to WWE audiences.

However, fans at Saturday's WWE Live event in Madrid, Spain, received an unexpected treat when Hardy ended up getting involved in a locker room brawl. As you can see below, he ended up coming to blows with Jinder Mahal and a number of other Superstars and this was his first time in the ring since way back in September. Clearly, he hasn't fully closed the door on competing again one day.

When and if that will happen is hard to say but it would certainly be good to see Hardy get at least one more match! Oh, and for those of you wondering, Braun Strowman was the last man standing after this huge clash! Are you hoping to see more of Matt in action? Would you like to see him reteam with Brother Nero if so? As always, let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
