Wednesday night's season two premiere of Miz & Mrs. proved to be a disappointment in terms of ratings as it drew only 437,000 viewers on the USA Network. That's the lowest viewership number in the show's history and a 39% decline from last July's season one premiere (which drew 722,000 viewers).

The show ranked #106 for the night in terms of viewership and #59 in the Cable Top 150. It managed to draw a 0.18 rating in the key 18 - 49 demographic.

It's shocking that Miz & Mrs. performed so poorly during its return, especially as it had NXT as its lead in on the USA Network. It's possible that All Elite Wrestling: Dynamite hurt the show in some way but more likely that fans tuning into NXT aren't there for a reality TV series like that.

Season one of Miz & Mrs. drew an average of 1.058 million viewers per episode over 20 instalments, so the show will now need to go a long way to rebound.
