RAW has been struggling in terms of ratings for a while now and there are likely a number of reasons for that. For starters, there's been a lot of strong competition from the NFL and NBA, while some believe the greater number of weeks between PPVs is causing some viewers to lose interest in the lengthier storylines. Whatever the answer may be, things improved for RAW this past Monday.
In total, this week's RAW drew 2,730,000 viewers. That's up from last Monday's 2,525,000 viewers and a number WWE is sure to be happy with just days before the Money in the Bank PPV takes place.
While the show kicked off with a cringe-worthy segment featuring the Money in the Bank ladder match participants sitting atop ladders in the ring, hour one still drew 2,812,000 viewers and the third dropped to only 2,629,000 viewers. That's a good hold and a sign fans were excited to check out that massive Fatal 4 Way match featuring Braun Strowman, Finn Balor, Kevin Owens, and Bobby Roode.
