The wrestling world is still in mourning after the news that Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart died this morning, and tributes have been pouring in from fans, friends and former colleagues.

Now, TMZ has shared some details on what exactly happened.

Via The Pasco Sheriff's Office:


"Preliminary information indicates that [Neidhart] fell at home, hit his head, and succumbed to his injury. No foul play suspected. No additional information to release at this time."

Neidhart's brother in-law Ross Hart added that that Jim's death was due to a grand mal seizure related to Alzheimer's that was likely brought on by the fall.

In related news, it looks like Neidhart's daughter Natalya's scheduled tag-team match for Raw later tonight has been removed from the card.
