In the wake of rape allegations against Enzio Amore, WWE decided to terminate the former Cruiserweight Champion's contract. It's been previously reported that this had more to do with Amore being aware of the police investigation and not disclosing it than the accusations themselves, but now some new details on what went down have emerged.

This should all be taken with a pinch of salt for the time being, but Enzo is said to have arrived to the arena on Monday wearing a t-shirt that said “today is the best day of my life” on the front and “can’t wait for tomorrow” on the back, which probably didn't do him any favors. Once news of the allegations reached WWE, Vince McMahon is said to have told Enzo to "get out”.

For what it's worth, Amore has since denied any wrongdoing and there is evidence that his accuser may have fabricated her story, so we'll just have to see what the investigation turns up.

What do you guys think? Could Enzo be innocent after all?
