The Superstar Shakeup continued during SmackDown Live and former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal returned to the blue brand alongside the Singh Brothers. He was scheduled to face Chad Gable but ended up cutting his losses and making a run for it after Lars Sullivan made his presence felt.

He took out Chad Gable and the Singh Brothers and when R-Truth headed to the ring to confront the man who attacked him last week, he too ended up being completely destroyed.

It's possible that WWE is building to a match at Money in the Bank featuring Truth vs. Sullivan and it's safe to assume that would be a straightforward squash. Either way, WWE is clearly serious about pushing him as a legitimate threat.
