WWE Vengeance Day takes place this Saturday, February 15, 2025 at the Entertainment and Sports Arena in Washington, D.C., and on tonight's episode of NXT, several adjustments were made to the card.
First up, Cora Jade defeated Bayley in the opening match of the night. That wasn't entirely on her own, as Roxanne Perez had caused a distraction by coming out dressed up in gear similar to what Bayley used to do when she was doing her hugger gimmick in NXT. Jade had some words with Roxanne after the match, as they're still not on good terms.
After the pinfall, NXT General Manager Ava was shown talking to Giulia backstage. Ava would then come out and announce that Jade has been added to the NXT Women's Championship Triple Threat match for Vengeance Day, which is now a Fatal 4-Way.
In a vignette, Eddy Thorpe challenged Trick Williams to a Strap Match for Vengeance Day. As of this publication, Williams has yet to respond, but that is obviously going to be made official by the end of this episode.
Je'Von Evans has been medically cleared to compete, and will face off against Ethan Page at Vengeance Day. However, he was advised to still not step in the ring, so Ava forced Evans to sign a waiver that prevents WWE from being held accountable for any other injuries Evans suffers in that match.
There will also be an NXT Tag Team Championship match added to the lineup. Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura won a Triple Threat Tag Team Match on tonight's episode against No Quarter Catch Crew (Myles Borne and Tavion Heights) and Hank Walker & Tank Ledger. By doing so, they've proven themselves worthy of a title shot, so Fraxiom (Axiom and Nathan Frazer) showed up immediately after the pinfall to announce that they'll put the tag titles on the line.

- Fatal 4-Way Match for the NXT Women's Championship: Giulia (c) vs. Bayley vs. Cora Jade vs. Roxanne Perez
- Singles Match for the NXT Women's North American Championship: Fallon Henley (c) vs. Stephanie Vaquer
- Strap Match: Eddy Thorpe vs. Trick Williams
- Ethan Page vs. Je'Von Evans
- NXT Tag Team Championship Match: Axiom & Nathan Frazer (c) vs. Josh Briggs & Yoshiki Inamura
