Last night on Raw, Mustafa Ali was unveiled as the leader of Retribution.

Ali challenged MVP to a singles match, but told him to bring his "goons" with him to the ring. When Mustafa gained the upper hand, Porter told Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin to attack him, but before the beat-down could commence, the lights flickered and Retribution began to make their way to the ring.

MVP asked Ali to stand with them in order to ward off the imminent attack. He agreed, before leaving the ring and walking straight up to T-Bone and Mace for a stare-down. Mustafa then turned to face The Hurt Business, telling his faction to "get 'em."

Ali has been rumoured to be a member of Retribution right from the start, but it was a surprise to see him unveiled as the leader of the group. It does make sense, though, as the high-flying Superstar has arguably been one of the most underutilized talents on the roster for quite some time.

It remains to be seen if Ali can make an impact in this top heel position, but we wish him all the best.
