MVP was once again in action during last night's RAW when he squared off with Drew McIntyre, but during an interview with WWE Hall of Famer Booker T, he revealed what his new role in WWE will be moving forward!

MVP was recently a guest on WWE Hall of Famer Booker T's podcast, and he confirmed that he will serve as a producer behind the scenes in WWE moving forward. This is something he expressed interest in following the Royal Rumble PPV, and it seems like that's something he's discussed with the company since then in order to make this happen.

"I’m gonna go ahead and give you the scoop," MPV says in the player below. "Whether or not I’ll be seen on WWE television more has yet to be seen, because I don’t make those decisions. I would definitely make myself available for an on-screen role in some capacity, but I’ll be joining the team as a backstage Producer. So, there’s your scoop."

MVP did indeed end up appearing on television last night when he faced Drew McIntyre in a losing effort, and it seems like WWE may use him both backstage and on television for the time being. There's a lot he can bring to the table in both roles, and MVP has definitely been an entertaining presence since making his WWE return last month.
