Paul Heyman was been named the Executive Director of RAW and Eric Bischoff is set to take charge of SmackDown Live. Now, in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, we have some details on what the former has planned for the show moving forward.

Apparently, he wants backstage interviews to contain less "fake dialogue" and come across as being more realistic with actual consequences to what Superstars say and do.

It's said that Heyman also wants wins and losses to matter more, while injury angles will also be taken more seriously. Meltzer believes that Vince McMahon will allow that for mid-card talent but not with top stars because he won't want them to appear as weak on television.

Time will tell whether these changes have a lasting, positive impact but it certainly sounds like a good start.
