With no sign of Kenny Omega during last night's Royal Rumble match, fans were hoping for a surprise entrant at #30. Instead, as promised, we got R-Truth but he was taken out on his way to the ring by none other than Nia Jax! She proceeded to enter the match in his place and eliminated Mustafa Ali!
However, she was then hit with a Superkick from Dolph Ziggler, a 619 from Rey Mysterio, and finally, an RKO from Randy Orton before she was eliminated in what appeared to be a big step forward for WWE when it comes to intergender wrestling (many believe she could now face a man at WrestleMania).
It was a great surprise and played out much differently to other female wrestlers entering the Royal Rumble in the past. What did you guys think? As always, let us know your thoughts down below.
