Unfortunately for Nikki Bella, her wrestling career is over. Repeated neck injuries mean that she's one wrong bump away from being badly injured for life (similar to WWE Hall of Famer Edge) and it now seems highly unlikely that she'll ever be able to compete again.
While we know that The Bella Twins were at one point going to return to wrestle for the Women's Tag Team Championships, Nikki has now confirmed that and talks about wanting to face "The Man."
"I’d love to comeback and wrestle “The Man” Becky Lynch, she’s doing so well, or “The Iconics” would be a dream," she revealed before adding: "We planned on doing that after Wrestlemania." That would have been a lot of fun to see play out and could have resulted in The IIconics doing more than making the odd appearance over the past few months!
As for that dream match against Lynch, that's a rivalry that could have been beneficial to both women, especially as they both represent very different eras in WWE's women's division. It's just a shame that we probably won't ever get to see it become a reality now!
