I think many (or all) would agree that Nikki Cross’ main roster run has been a bust, though its no fault of her own. The talented RAW Superstar has been barely featured on television since her call-up earlier this year, mostly reduced to main event status and various backstage promos.

On this week's WWE Main Event, WWE Women's Tag Team Champion Peyton Royce defeated Nikki Cross in a singles match. A video was released post-match, which Cross reflects on her loss against Royce and questions whether she needs to change or not. Near the end of the video, Nikki states that she’s “always talking in the dark, maybe it’s time to step out of the dark and take a long, good, hard look in the mirror" and then turns on the light.

The video strongly teases a character change for the RAW superstar, though there was nothing wrong with Cross’ character in the first place. However, if this means that the RAW Superstar will finally be given a chance to make an impact on the main roster, then perhaps this change is what Nikki needs.
