When Matt and Jeff Hardy were put on separate brands during this year's Superstar Shakeup, fans were left seriously confused as that closed the door on the brothers becoming #WOKEN (well, #BROKEN) together. Regardless, Matt was busy being paired up with Bray Wyatt and Jeff became United States Champion but it seems as if the two of them might not be as close as we thought.
During a recent interview, Jeff was asked about his brother's health and pointed out that he's in the dark as they haven't really been in contact and he doesn't pay too much attention to social media.
"I’m not sure what’s going on with him," Hardy revealed. "I know he’s just been to the chiropractor so he’s getting worked on and getting checked out. So I don’t know what the deal is exactly. We don’t see each other that much so I don’t know what to say and I don’t read Twitter that much. So hopefully, he’s okay." This doesn't mean they've fallen out but it is strange.
However, Jeff could just be playing dumb because it's not his place to shed light on Matt's current situation. As of right now, we don't know, so here's hoping this entire situation is cleared up soon.
