Missed tonight's episode of NXT? Don't feel like skimming the full results page for NXT for the key moments and takeaways? We've got you covered.

Here is a breakdown of the major bullet points and news from this week's episode.

Jaida Parker Injured AND Suspended

In a backstage segment, Robert Stone mentioned to Blake Monroe that Jaida Parker was suspended for how she struck officials during their segment on last week's episode. Strangely worded, he then also said that "in all seriousness", Parker is also out of action dealing with a neck injury of some kind, not elaborating more on that situation to say when she would be returning or how serious it is.

Women's WWE Speed Tournament Begins

In that same segment, Monroe was tapped to be the fourth woman (at least, we can assume) in a tournament to determine who faces Fallon Henley next for the WWE Speed Women's Championship. Monroe will be in action against Thea Hail, whom she knows well after losing the NXT Women's North American Championship to several months back.

It was not announced who else would be in this tournament for a Speed title opportunity or when that match would take place.

Ethan Page Breaks NXT North American Championship Title Defense Record

Speaking of title defenses, Ethan Page now has the record for the most successful defenses for the NXT North American Championship in history. This is a distinction I'm sure few would actively be paying attention to, but it was mentioned last week that if Page defeated Shiloh Hill—which he did, albeit with help from The Vanity Project—that would allow him to surpass the record.

Page will defend the title next week against Myles Borne.

ZaRuca Split...Momentarily

Zaria told Sol Ruca to "go to hell" on this week's episode, saying she was done with their friendship as last week was the final straw, when Ruca scored the pin in their match to earn a shot at the NXT Women's Championship. She said their partnership has always been one-sided, ending things.

However, later on, Ruca was the subject of a 3-on-1 beat down from Fatal Influence, and Zaria decided to come out and help fight them off. She then helped Ruca to her feet and they hugged it out, before having a backstage segment where Zaria apologized for what she said and reiterated that she'll be standing beside Ruca to help her win the title.
