NXT Title Match (Oba Femi vs Jasper Troy), North American Title Match & More Set For Next Week

Next week's episode of NXT will feature two titles on the line with Oba Femi defending against Jasper Troy and "Super" Sean Legacy getting his North American Championship opportunity.

Four matches have been announced to take place on next week's episode of WWE NXT, set to go down Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

One of them is not 100% official, but in a backstage segment, Izzi Dame struck Brooks Jensen in the back with a steel chair, excommunicated him from the group, and told Shawn Spears and Niko Vance that she had gotten their tag team match that was supposed to take place tonight moved to next week.

Who were they supposed to face? It was never mentioned, nor was it clarified who they would face next week, either. In all likelihood, it is probably Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura, but even when putting up their graphics for next week's lineup, WWE avoided saying anything, for whatever reason.

There could also be some sort of tag team match with Izzi Dame and Tatum Paxley against Sol Ruca and ZARIA, or a different pairing of that sort, after Dame tried to recruit Paxley to The Culling on tonight's episode, but that is also just speculation for now.

One tag team match that also didn't get a graphic, but was more flat out specified, is that Tony D'Angelo and Luca Crusifino will face The High Ryze (assumed to be Tyson DuPont and Tyriek Igwe, rather than for Wes Lee to be one of the two wrestling). This was announced via Crusifino telling D'Angelo in a backstage segment.

Not to bury the lead, but the NXT Championship will be on the line, as there was a backstage segment where Oba Femi and Jasper Troy had a face-to-face confrontation and signed a contract for their title match for next week.

The NXT North American Championship is also going to be on the line as "Super" Sean Legacy will face the winner of the Fatal 4-Way at Worlds Collide (so either Ethan Page retains, or he loses it to Je'Von Evans, Laredo Kid, or Rey Fenix). Legacy won this title shot by beating Evans and Ashante "Thee" Adonis in a Triple Threat No. 1 contender's match before WWE Battleground.
