NXT's Velveteen Dream May Have Gotten Into Trouble For Asking Fans To Spam WWE Twitter Account

On Monday night during Raw, The Velveteen Dream sent out a series of Tweets asking fans to spam the WWE Twitter page in an effort to get him called up to the main roster. It may not have been a great idea!

This past Monday night, WWE announced several NXT Superstars that will soon be debuting on the main roster, and The Velveteen Dream was not among them.

In true Dream fashion, the mega-popular wrestler took to Twitter and asked his fans to spam WWE's account to voice their support for Velveteen's call-up to either Raw or SmackDown.

This isn't the first time Dream has done something to this effect, but the spamming thing may have been a step too far because he has since deleted all of the Tweets.

Of course, there's every chance Dream simply thought better of it and removed the Tweets of his own accord, but if he begins losing matches at an increased rate on NXT, at least we'll know why!
