One Popular New RAW Tag Team Could Be Split Up Sooner Rather Than Later

RAW features a pretty large tag team division these days but following that Battle Royal on Monday's show, it sounds like WWE is preparing to split one duo up in order to give half of them a singles push...

During Monday's episode of RAW, The B-Team became the new #1 contenders to Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt's RAW Tag Team Championships at the Money in the Bank PPV later this month. Much to the shock of fans, Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre were the first team to be eliminated from the Battle Royal despite being the favourites going in thanks to a recent undefeated streak.

Their loss was the result of Ziggler being eliminated and it's now being reported that WWE has a big singles push in mind for McIntyre. That obviously points to his partnership with the Showoff being ended sooner rather than later, something which is even hinted at in the video interview below.

Apparently, Vince McMahon views McIntyre as someone who could main event a WrestleMania a few years from now, so it makes sense that he'll turn on Ziggler after it becomes clear he's being dragged down by his teammate. What do you think? Let us know your thoughts in the usual place.
