A lot of WWE fans aren't overly happy with Asuka and Kairi Sane being dubbed "The Kabuki Warriors" and some have gone as far as to say that it may have been the only Japanese word Vince McMahon knows. Of course, it probably doesn't help that this name comes so soon after The War Raiders were turned into The Viking Experience and then The Viking Warriors a week later. 

Now, Paige has shed some light on the moniker of the team she manages and reveals that they're the ones who chose it!

As you can see in the Tweet and video below, she reveals that Asuka and Kairi wanted to be called the "Kabuki Girls" but it was seemingly WWE who decided that wasn't the best name (which is pretty accurate to be fair as "Warriors" sounds far more formidable).
