Paul Heyman Is Reportedly The Reason Robert Roode & Dolph Ziggler Are A Tag Team

To the shock of many on Monday Night RAW, Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler randomly became a tag team and then went on to win the eight-man tag team turmoil match to get a chance to face Braun Strowman and Seth Rollins for the WWE RAW Tag Team titles at Clash of Champions.

Apparently, Paul Heyman was the mastermind behind the pairing of Roode & Ziggler. The point was to showcase the former NXT Champion Roode, as the win on Monday was to build up the RAW Superstar after being slotted lowly on the card for a good portion of his run.

There’s no word on if Roode & Ziggler are scheduled to win the belts on September 15th; however, many don’t believe that Strowman & Rollins will keep the titles for long, so it is a strong possibility.
