According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com, WWE is planning a Universal Champion vs. WWE Champion main event for the Survivor Series PPV, which will take place on Nov. 19 in Houston, Texas.

Here's the thing, though: neither title will be on the line.

If you're thinking this means Brock Lesnar will most likely run right over Jinder Mahal in a squash match, well, we're right there with you.

The Modern Day Maharajah's limitation in the ring aside, this would have been an exciting prospect if both or even one of the championships was at stake, but as it stands it all seems a tad pointless. Of course, plans could well change before Survivor Series and this is just a rumor for now.
