R-Truth is once again the 24/7 Champion after regaining the title shortly after last night's RAW. As you can see below, a doctor was shown working on Samir Singh shortly after Erick Rowan attacked them both at ringside. 

Taking his opportunity, Truth took out Sunil and pinned Samir to regain the 24/7 Championship for the 22nd time.

As you may recall, Singh won the title from Truth on Crown Jewel on October 31st. Since then, Truth has been in hot pursuit of the Singh Brothers and it will now be interesting seeing how WWE handles the title moving forward as it hasn't really been featured much on RAW lately.
