Randy Orton promised to add another legend to his list by taking out The Big Show in the main event of Raw, and The Viper was a man of his word.
The two veterans faced off in an unsanctioned match, and while The World's Largest Athlete was able to use his superior strength and power to physically dominate his opponent in the early going, the no holds barred stipulation allowed Orton to wear Show down with tabled and steel chairs, and he was ultimately able to score the win with back-to-back RKOs.
Of course, that wasn't the end, and Randy delivered his signature Punt Kick to the side of his "friend's" head.
This mini-feud was always designed to get Orton over as an even bigger heel (that's probably not possible) and feed into his renewed Legend Killer persona, so in that respect it was a success. Expect WWE to search frantically for anyone else over 45 they can feed to The Viper while we wait for Edge to heal up.
