Randy Orton managed to defeat Triple H at Super ShowDown after a surprisingly traditional, but exciting match.
The bout started out slow, but after a feeling out process they turned things up considerably. In the end, it came down to the RKO vs. The Pedigree with both men kicking out of each other's finishers. The Game eventually gained the upper hand and landed three consecutive slams to The Viper on the announce desk. However, The Cerebral Assassin took a moment to pose on the outside and it cost him.
After rolling back in the ring and rushing towards his opponent, Orton hit an RHO out of Nowhere for the win.
Truth be told, Trips taking so long to get back in the ring kinda telegraphed the finish, but this was still a pretty good match overall.
