As we expected, Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre will do battle again with the WWE Championship on the line, this time inside Hell in a Cell.
The Viper opened Raw with a terrific promo describing in serial killer-like detail how he took out the Legends last week with the aid of a chair and some night vision goggles (the segment was a bit silly, but this was chilling). Orton then laid down the challenge for the Hell in a Cell PPV, before McIntyre burst into the room and attacked his nemesis.
Randy would get the last laugh, however, pinning Drew in their ensuing six-man tag team match after hitting him with an RKO.
Is Orton finally going to win the title at Hell in a Cell? There was a lot of speculation that he'd do just that at SummerSlam and then again at Clash of Champions, so it's hard to call. We don't see Drew dropping the gold just yet - especially with Edge expected to be out of action longer than anticipated - but you really never known what WWE (ie, Vince) is planning these days.
