The Elimination Chamber PPV was extremely predictable and played out pretty much exactly how we all expected. Despite that, there was still a lot of interest going into RAW this Monday, especially as it marked the first appearance on the show from newly signed Superstar Ronda Rousey. So, how did that translate into ratings? They were strong but not quite up there with last week!
That amazing Gauntlet match obviously led to a strong hold between hour one and two and it averaged 3,282,000 viewers as a result. This week, on the other hand, did 3,195,000 viewers.
Hour one drew 3,407,000 viewers, hour two drew 3,249,000 viewers, and hour three suffered the usual dip to score a total of 2,884,000 viewers. So, not a bad result overall but WWE was probably hoping fans would stick around to see Ronda Rousey. She's a completely new entity to many people, though, so it could take a while until she becomes as must-see as someone like Brock Lesnar.
