RAW Constable Baron Corbin Explains Why He Chose To Shave His Head For His New Position

You're probably thinking you know the answer to this question, but new Raw Constable Baron Corbin doesn't mention that "B" word once while explaining why he decided to shave his head. More past the jump...

When Baron Corbin was named Constable of Raw and emerged with a drastic new look, most of us assumed he'd been looking for an excuse to shave his head, but that's not actually the reason - at least, not according to The Lone Wolf himself.

Here's what Corbin had to say when asked about the recent changes to his appearance during an interview with KELOLAND living:

"It was just a part of stepping into this role that Stephanie [McMahon] has given me. Looking professional. And if I'm gonna be telling people what to do, I want to look professional as well.

It was great to get rid of the long hair, It's such a pain, that if you look at it, it's always wet when guys wrestle, you dump gallons of conditioner in it to keep it wet so you're not choking on it. You have all kinds of stuff in it, and just maintaining it is a lot of work. I don't envy people with long hair. So, I'm glad mine is gone."

Hmmm. We're sure the fact that his hairline had receded almost to his neck was also a factor in his decision, but okay.

Despite his new role, Corbin is still an active wrestler on Raw, and is currently involved in a rather boring feud with Finn "Smiley McSmilerton" Balor.
