RAW has been pretty hit and miss for a while now with more misses than hits if we're being honest! However, with SummerSlam on the horizon, the show has been a little better than normal in recent weeks and this past Monday's effort was the best we've seen for a while. As well as a violent attack on Roman Reigns from Brock Lesnar, we got the not quite surprise return of Dean Ambrose too!
So, how did the show do in terms of ratings? Well, it may have been worth leaking the Lunatic Fringe's return online in advance because numbers rose with a total of 2,825,000 viewers this Monday.
That's up from last week's 2,804,000 viewers and there wasn't too much of a dip this time as hour one averaged 2,849,000 viewers, hour two drew 2,867,000 viewers, and the final hour of the show averaged 2,760,000 viewers. WWE may be concerned that it never surpassed 3,000,000 viewers but this is not a bad result, especially as RAW was ranked the #1 show on cable for the night.
