Monday night's episode of RAW drew only 2.006 million viewers. That's a noteworthy drop compared to the 2.335 million the show did the week before, and it's worth noting that viewership numbers dropped rapidly as the three hours went on.
Hour one did 2.289 million viewers, hour two fell to 2.004 million viewers, and the final hour plummeted to 1.726 million viewers (which might just be a new record low for RAW).
It was a solid show on Monday night, but fans clearly didn't feel the need to stick around and see Randy Orton predictably accept Edge's challenge to a WrestleMania match. It likely also doesn't help that the third hour featured a second replay from the past as Charlotte Flair's win over Asuka at WrestleMania 33 was shown.
John Cena vs. Brock Lesnar vs. Seth Rollins for the WWE Championship at the 2015 Royal Rumble also aired, and even the most casual fans will have seen bouts this old! Needless to say, it might be time for WWE to stop filling time with content from the past.
What did you guys think of Monday's RAW?
