RAW hasn't been particularly good for a while now but it is at least better than this time last year so that's...something? Regardless, despite Ronda Rousey having her first match on the show, ratings dipped this week for a still solid enough total of 2,804,000 viewers. That's down from last Monday's 2,901,000 viewers but not a significant enough fall for WWE to have to be concerned in any way.
Hour one averaged 2,830,000 viewers, hour two drew 2,854,000 viewers, and the final hour of the show averaged 2,728,000 viewers. RAW ranked #1 on cable on Monday so WWE is no doubt very happy. It was a solid enough show but not without its problems and there were a lot of underwhelming matches despite SummerSlam being less than two weeks away. Maybe it will get better, though.
After all, Brock Lesnar is scheduled to make his return and with SmackDown Live killing it each and every week, the pressure is on RAW to up its game and deliver some more memorable shows.
