RAW Reveals First Money In The Bank Ladder Match Participants As New Women's Tag Team Champions Are Crowned

As promised, last night's RAW saw the vacant Women's Tag Team Championships put on the line.

Raquel Rodriguez and Shotzi, Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baslzer, Bayley and Iyo Sky, and Sonya Deville and Chelsea Green all squared off in the hope of winning the titles, but it was the Baddest Woman on the Planet and her longtime ally who ultimately secured the victory.

That came after Shotzi attempted a senton from the top only to be caught in an armbar which left her with no other choice than to tap out.

With that, Rousey and Baszler finally got their hands back on championship gold!

Elsewhere in the show, the first competitors in the Men's Money in the Bank ladder match were revealed. Ricochet overcame The Miz to earn his spot, as did Shinsuke Nakamura when he beat Bronson Reed.

It was also confirmed that Matt Riddle will take part in a future qualifying match, though we don't currently know who his opponent will be. WWE has, however, announced some of the women's qualifying bouts for next week's RAW...

We're guessing WWE will add some matches like these to SmackDown too, so you'll want to keep checking back here for updates. With Money in the Bank set to take place on July 1, there's no huge rush, but building to the PLE now bodes well for it being a strong show.

Who would you like to see win each of the ladder matches in London?
