RAW: Rey And Dominik Mysterio Almost Manage To Get Their Revenge On Seth Rollins

The phrase "an eye for an eye" almost took on literal meaning this week on Raw when Rey Mysterio returned to action, but Seth Rollins ultimately managed to escape with the help of his disciples...

Rey Mysterio returned to Raw this week after being out of action with a damaged retina following Seth Rollins' disturbing attack last month, and even though he was angry at Dominik for going against his wishes and ambushing Rollins last Monday, father and son stood tall and ready to fight together as a family.

The Monday Night Messiah, Murphy and Austin Theory (how come he gets to keep his first name?) made their way out to the ring, and things did not look good for The Mysterios. However, backup soon arrived in the form of Aleister Black and Humberto Carrillo, giving the faces a four-on-three advantage.

After taking care of the disciples, Rey and Dominik grabbed Seth and were almost able to force his eye into the steel steps before Murphy and Theory intervened and the tables were turned. Dom very nearly got the same as his father, but when Black and Carrillo recovered and the fray, the heels retreated up the ramp.

We're not sure exactly where this is going, but expect some kind of tag-match to be announced for Extreme Rules.

What did you guys make of this week's episode of Raw? Sound off in the comments.
