The Viking Raiders were originally supposed to defend the Raw tag-team titles against The OC this Sunday at TLC, but plans have evidently changed because Erik and Ivar have now issued an open challenge.

Last night on WWE Backstage, it was announced that The Viking Raiders have issued an open challenge for the Raw tag-team championships this Sunday at the TLC pay-per-view.

Last we heard, Erik and Ivar were going to defend the titles against The OC (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson), but something much have thrown a spanner in the works. The Street Profits actually answered The Raider's open challenge on Raw this week so that probably rules them out, and there aren't really any other major contenders in the red brand's tag-division right now.

Could we see the debut of a new tandem from NXT, perhaps? Tune in Sunday to find out.
