RAW Women's Champion Asuka Was Alexa Bliss' "Mystery Guest" On SMACKDOWN

We were promised that Alexa Bliss' mystery guest for her Moment of Bliss chat show would shake the blue brand up in a big way, and even though fans were hoping for a big return or NXT call-up here, there's no denying that Asuka did just that when she showed up on SmackDown last night.

The Raw Women's Champion joined The Godess and Nikki Cross in the ring, but it wasn't long before they were interrupted by Sasha Banks and Bayley. Bliss then proposed that Asuka team with Cross to face the Golden Role Models, and the match was on.

The bout was fun, if pretty basic. The heels isolated Cross, and The Empress of Tomorrow cleaned house from the hot tag. In the end, Bayley got her feet on the ropes and managed to pin Nikki to win the match for her team.

Does this mean that Cross will defeat Bayley for the SmackDown Women's Championship at Extreme Rules tomorrow night? That's what WWE wants you to think, of course, but we wouldn't count on it.
