During last week's episode of
RAW, Shayna Baszler made her presence felt on Monday nights when she attacked
RAW Women's Champion Becky Lynch from behind and proceeded to take a bite out of her neck. Now, it appears as if the stage has been set for them to face each other at
WrestleMania.
In the video below, Lynch shares her thoughts on Baszler and how she plans to counter her moving forward.
"She did a lot for women in MMA. I don’t think she gets nearly enough credit for what she’s done in that. She’s been in NXT making a name for herself the past few years, but she wanted to make a name for herself against me.
"If she wanted an opportunity, all she had to do was ask," The Man continues.
"She didn’t have to take a chunk out of the back of my neck. But if that’s the way it’s going to be, well then that’s the way it’s going to be. She can fight dirty...I can fight a lot dirtier."
This is definitely a rivalry with a lot of potential, and it's going to be interesting seeing how things continue to develop over the coming weeks (especially after things got off to such a bloody start).
