We finally heard from Retribution last night on Raw, as the mysterious new faction delivered a "mission statement" to the locker room and the WWE Universe.

During a 2-on-1 handicap match involving the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions and The Riott Squad, the lights dimmed and a new Retribution logo flashed all over the screens. Then, we saw several members of the group appear on the titantron.

"The ThunderDome is only a facade," said the female member out front. "Behind this mountain of screens is the same foundation, the same WWE as before, the same behemoth that discarded and disowned us, leaving us to survive in an unfair world where the powerful continue to grow, while we are left to feed off nothing but the scraps of contempt."

"Contempt is a powerful motivator," added a much taller member at the back. "We are driven to destroy, to lay waste to every Superstar and every fan. Blinded, you cannot see what you do not have. So the locust of contempt will feed upon all of you. The darkness of Retribution will seep into the pores of every Superstar, and all of your so-called Universe. We are Retribution."

As far as we can tell, the hooded figures that appeared on screen were: Shane Thorne (back left), Mia Yim (front left), Dominik Dijakovic (back middle), Dio Maddin (back right), and Kayden Carter (front left).

Will these guys be unveiled as the final members of the faction with Dijakovic as their leader? Only time will tell, but it looks like WWE is gearing up for a big reveal, possibly at the Clash of Champions PPV.
