Rey Mysterio became the new United States Champion at the Money in the Bank PPV but he was injured during the match with Samoa Joe and hasn't been seen since. During last night's RAW, Michael Cole, Renee Young, and Corey Graves revealed that the Master of 619 will be present next week to relinquish the title.

This prompted Samoa Joe to make an appearance and, as you can see below, he vowed to regain his title.

Whether that will happen remains to be seen but assuming Mysterio is indeed still unable to compete, the storyline involving his son is once again going to be put on hold. It's hard to say who else could step forward to challenge Joe, though.

Who would you like to see get their hands on the United States Championship? Let us know in the usual place.
