Rhyno Has Been "Fired" From WWE, And His Former Partner Heath Slater Is Now A Referee

Raw hasn't utilized the tag-team of Rhyno and Heath Slater in quite some time, so last night acting GM Baron Corbin abused his power yet again by pitting both men against each other in a "loser gets fired" match.

After dominating for a few minutes, The Man Beast ended up being pinned from a roll-up, and must now leave the company.

Slater will be kept on... but in his new role as a referee!

Though Rhyno hasn't actually been fired, of course, chances are he will be gone for quite a while and may not wind up renewing his contract. Meanwhile, let's hope Slater's new angle actually leads somewhere, and he's not just going to be refereeing matches for the foreseeable.
