According to a number of news outlets, Richard Ryan Roode was arrested last month and now faces felony charges for a number of crimes, including "terroristic threats and possession of firearms during the commission of a crime." That reportedly happened during a traffic stop and it's said that Roode initially refused to stop for police and, when he finally did, it was clear he was driving under the influence.

Two champagne bottles were found in his car along with two firearms and police later learned that he had made threats to cause bodily hard to a 45-year-old woman (her identity hasn't been revealed).

Now, Roode is charged with two felony counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, obstruction of officers, a violation for having an open container, simple assault, and disorderly conduct. The most serious charge appears to be a felony for making terroristic threats and he could be facing jail time. As always, we'll be sure to keep you updated so stay tuned for further details.
