We heard yesterday that Paul Heyman is trying to win back teenage viewers for
RAW by pushing younger talent and we now have more details about that thanks to Dave Meltzer. Apparently, Heyman is high on United States Champion Ricochet and that's why he's appeared in the main event of
RAW for two weeks in a row.
That's not all, though, because Heyman is also said to be a big fan of NXT Superstar Shayna Baszler so chances are we could see her on the main roster before long too.
"He’s a guy that can appeal to teenagers," Meltzer said regarding Ricochet. "That’s the goal right now is to make sure those teenagers don’t go to AEW before AEW can get on the air." It's an interesting move by Heyman and these two talented Superstars definitely deserve a push.
