Roman Reigns may still be pretending that all is nice and friendly with Jey Uso in the build-up to their Universal Championship match at Clash of Champions next week, but The Big Dog's mask slipped in the closing moments of SmackDown, and it's only a matter of time before he spears his cousin out of his boots.
"The Bloodline" teamed up to take on King Corbin and Sheamus in a Samoan Street Fight (basically a standard street fight but involving Samoans), and after a pretty decent back-and-forth encounter, Reigns hit a spear on Corbin before retreating from the pin and Uso landed his splash and picked up the win.
Roman was all smiles and hugged his cousin in the ring, bit as Jey was making his way back up the ramp he hit him with a very telling "death stare."
It seems clear that the plan is for The Big Dog to cement his heel status once and for all by attacking Uso, but we're not sure if we'll see it before their bout at the PPV. Something like that might be better saved for a post-match segment after Roman retains the title, but we'll find out one way or the other next Friday.
