To close out tonight's Superstar Shake-Up episode of SmackDown LIVE, Vince McMahon introduced "the greatest acquisition in SmackDown history," and it was none other than... Elias?

From a storyline standpoint, it seems that really is who Vince was hyping up (a little nod to the notion that he's out of touch?), but no sooner has The Drifter began to strum his guitar than Roman Reigns' music hit, and the former Hound of Justice went to work establishing his dominance over his new yard.

Elias suffered a Superman Punch and a Spear, but Reigns also took out Vince when he got in his face. Is this setting up a feud of some sort, perhaps?

We'll have to wait and see, but with The Big Dog now part of the blue brand, Kofi Kingston has better keep a firm grip on that WWE Championship.
