Xavier Woods won this year's King of the Ring tournament, and the hope among fans was that The New Day member might receive a noteworthy push from WWE (especially as Big E is currently WWE Champion on RAW). Well, he did main event last night's episode of SmackDown in a match against Universal Champion Roman Reigns, but it didn't end well for Woods.

The Usos ran to the ring to attack "King Woods" and cause the disqualification and proceeded to crown the Head of the Table the new King of WWE.

This is obviously building to Reigns' match with Big E at Survivor Series, but it's a shame if hyping that up is going to come at Woods' expense. Whether this is the end of his new "King" gimmick remains to be seen, but it certainly made for quite a sight seeing Roman wearing that crown!
