Ronda Rousey is The New RAW Women's Champion After Defeating Alexa Bliss At SUMMERSLAM

Ronda Rousey finally got her shot at Alexa Bliss at last night's SummerSlam PPV and you probably won't be surprised to learn that the former UFC star walked out of Brooklyn as the new RAW Women's Champion...

As expected, Ronda Rousey was crowned the RAW Women's Champion at SummerSlam in a match which saw her dominate Alexa Bliss and finish off her opponent with an armbar. It made for a great visual, especially as the double joined Bliss made it appear as if her arm had been pulled out of joint and it took no time for her at all to tap out in perhaps the most fan-pleasing moment of the PPV.

Rousey then celebrated alongside Natalya (who came out to the ring wearing her father's jacket) and - quite bizarrely - the Bella Twins who were sitting at ringside during the match for some reason.

Speculation is already mounting that we'll see Rousey team up with Natalya to square off with Nikki and Brie at Evolution, a decent match which would obviously keep the title on the Rowdy UFC star for the foreseeable future. Regardless, her reign is going to be great fun to follow and we should probably expect he to defend the title against Bliss at the Hell in a Cell next month so stay tuned...
