Ronda Rousey Submits Alexa Bliss To Retain The RAW Women's Championship At HELL IN A CELL

As most of us figured she would, "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey defeated Alexa Bliss to retain her Raw Women's Championship tonight at Hell in a Cell, but it wasn't an easy win by any means.

The Goddess injured Rousey's ribs last week on Raw, and continued to punish her opponent's midsection tonight, causing The "Baddest Woman on The Planet" to uncharacteristically cry out in pain.

However, despite Alexa's best efforts - not to mention several distractions from her entourage - Ronda was ultimately able to lock in her armbar submission, tapping out her challenger immediately.

Some anticipated a Natalya heel turn tonight, but it looks like that's being saved for another time.
