Ronda Rousey made her WWE debut at the Royal Rumble and had her first match at WrestleMania. Since then, wrestling fans have been rooting for the former MMA fighter in a big way and she has her biggest match yet at this Sunday's SummerSlam when she challenges Alexa Bliss for the RAW Women's Championship in a match it's damn near impossible to envision her not winning in Brooklyn.
However, it's now been revealed by Rousey that while she initially agreed to a "set timeline" with WWE, she's anxious to stick around a little longer because she's having so much fun as a Superstar.
"I love this way more than I ever thought I would," she revealed. "We had a set timeline set, and now we aren’t so sure about it because I love it so much. I guess that’s the best thing that could’ve happened, that I would love it so much it would be so hard to stop. I can see why people have a hard time leaving this industry because it’s such joy to be a part of every day."
There have been reports that Rousey would like to have children in the near future so it could be that she only signed a one or two year contract with WWE. Here's hoping that's not it for her, though!
