Ronda Rousey Vs. Becky Lynch Is Reportedly Being Considered For The Main Event Of WRESTLEMANIA
Amid a lot of speculation that Becky Lynch could face-off against Ronda Rousey at WrestleMania now that their Survivor Series match is off, a reliable report indicates that it might just be on the cards...
The Becky Lynch/Ronda Rousey feud that's raged in the buildup to their Survivor Series match was one of the hottest in WWE, and now that the bout has been cancelled due to The Irish Lass Kicker's "broken face," speculation mounts that the company may hold-off on their inevitable clash until WrestleMania.
Well, that may be more than just wishful thinking.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE higher-ups are indeed considering this match for 'Mania - and it may event be the main event! "The Mania match today, it was talked about," Meltzer revealed. "It’s Ronda Rousey vs Becky Lynch which is probably going to be the main event at Mania or one of the two big matches at Mania."
Obviously this would be massive, as Lynch and Rousey would become the first women ever to headline WrestleMania, but best not get our hopes up at such an early stage. After all, even if the idea is being kicked around, we know how fast plans can change in WWE.
