The match between Ruby Riott and Ronda Rousey is now official for
WWE’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view.
The company teased the one-on-one bout after Rousey dominated and destroyed both Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan in back-to-back matchups on RAW. However, Riott ultimately decided not to try her luck with the RAW Women’s champion and will face her a week from now instead.
This isn’t the first time Riott and Rousey squared off one-on-one. During Rousey’s brief alliance with The Bella Twins back in October, the RAW Women’s champion feuded with the Riott Squad, and she took on the leader in a singles match and came out victorious with her signature armbar.
We’ll see if there'll be any surprises in store for the Elimination Chamber match, but at the moment, Riott appears to be just a minor speed bump for Rousey on the road to WrestleMania.
