While Rey Mysterio may have been announced as the pre-order bonus Superstar for WWE 2K19, it's widely believed that there will be a second and rumour has it that Ronda Rousey will fill that role. 2K Games usually has its roster locked in between Wrestlemania to SummerSlam, so Rousey could easily be included in the main game but it makes business sense to give her this sort of role.
After all, her making her first WWE video game appearance is a big deal and some sort of special edition revolving around her and/or Mysterio would definitely be an incentive to buy for wrestling fans.
Pre-orders are a good way to lock gamers in early and for those who don't decide to do that, they'll have to probably buy her at a later date when the game goes on sale.
