Ruby Riott Undergoes Second Shoulder Surgery; Here's The Latest On When She Might Return

Back in May, Ruby Riott underwent surgery to repair a bilateral injury to her right shoulder. At the time it was reported that she would need a similar operation on her left shoulder and that has now taken place. She underwent shoulder surgery on Tuesday and shared the photo below from her hospital bed shortly before the procedure took place.

According to Fightful.com, WWE is hoping to have her back in time for the Royal Rumble PPV in 2020 but she isn't expected to see any action this year while she recovers.

The Riott Squad broke up during the Superstar Shakeup and fellow members Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan have been left mostly directionless ever since. With any luck, that will change soon but they certainly won't be reforming this faction for a very long time to come.
